Shipping and Returns

At Olivia West Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all of our products (except for custom made orders which we can only exchange as we will not be able to resale these items). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your return. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We collect personal information from you only when you provide it to us, such as when you place an order or sign up for our email newsletter.
