Shipping Policy

At Olivia West Design, we offer standard free shipping to all our customers within Canada and the United States. We carefully package and ship your orders to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of your order. We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. - Domestic orders: 2-5 business days
- International orders: Subject to the shipping courier's delivery schedule.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Olivia West Design. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All Custom orders are exchange only as we will not be able to resale the items.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace it for you.
